Plan for approximately 2.5 to 4 hours depending on hair length, thickness, and the level of lift required. Consultations are included so we can map timing; adding a blow dry or haircut will add about 15–45 minutes.

When performed by our trained colorists and using bond-repair and conditioning treatments, risk is minimized. We assess hair health first and may recommend strengthening treatments or staged lightening to protect integrity while achieving your desired shade.

Root touch intervals typically fall every 6–8 weeks, while full highlights can stretch 8–12 weeks. Your stylist will recommend a schedule based on regrowth pattern, color depth, and how fast your hair grows to maintain vibrancy and blended dimension.

Lightening depends on your current color and hair condition. Significant lift may require multiple sessions to avoid damage; sometimes a gradual plan or full bleach session is recommended. Your stylist will evaluate and propose the safest, most effective path to lighter tones.

We suggest arriving with dry, brushed hair and avoiding heavy oil treatments. If you recently colored at home, disclose products used. Washing within 24 hours beforehand is fine; very freshly washed, squeaky-clean hair can affect color absorption.

Use sulfate-free, color-safe shampoos, weekly deep-conditioning masks, and cool-water rinses to preserve tone. Limit heat styling, protect hair from sun and chlorine, and book recommended touch-ups and glosses to maintain brightness and even color.
